Sites for a Business Contact

Copy of RD_COMPSITE2_VW, except the first column in the field list is SETID_WRK, not SETID. This is because the provider group component is keyed by SETID and so RD_COMPSITE2_VW will only return the sites for a customer if it happens to have the same setid as the provider group. 05/19/03: Update view text to match RD_COMPSITE_VW.
