Price Condition

A price condition defines the set of circumstances which make a Price Rule applicable to a transaction. Here is where the user selects a price-by field, defines the condition "operator", and assigns a transaction value to that condition. Each Price Condition is defined by a single fieldname, an operator, and a value.
